Karen Bragg, SPHR

Karen has worked in the field of strategic organization change for more than 15 years. Her consulting approach focuses on the key ideas and relationships necessary to move an organization, an initiative, a group or a person forward.

Karen’s breadth of experience spans both the private and non-profit sectors, nationally and internationally. Her expertise includes:
redesigning organization systems and organization structures
• aligning and executing human resource strategies which support achievement of business goals
• instituting strategic organization change processes and methods
• creating capacity and capability for leading strategic change

Prior to becoming a consultant, Karen held various leadership positions within information technology, business strategy and human resources. As a human resources leader, Karen was recognized as a finalist for the National Year 2000 Most Innovative Human Resources Department Award presented by Linkage, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers. And was awarded the first Human Resource Award of Excellence presented by the Society of Human Resource Management. She holds a masters degree in Business Administration and a BS in Computer Science.
